"English support was way more confusing than it should’ve been"
Trying to get help in English was kind of a pain. Some of the pages weren’t clearly translated, and a few replies felt like I was supposed to magically understand what they meant. I ended up guessing my way through way too much of it, which got frustrating fast. Maybe the whole thing is smoother if you know Japanese, but as an English-only user, it felt way harder than it needed to be.

It seems okay for what it costs. I’m not totally sure it’s an amazing deal, but it doesn’t feel overpriced either.

"Helpful enough, I guess"
The support docs did help me get through it, so credit where it’s due. That said, a few parts were weirdly unclear, and I had to reread them more times than I’d like. Not the worst experience, but definitely could’ve been easier.

I used them for some auction support, but the replies was slower than I thought they’d be. A few things they told me wasn’t super clear either, so I had to figure some of it out myself. It did get sorted in the end, just wasn’t the smoothest experience...

"Something About It Just Didn’t Sit Right"
I don’t know, the site just gave me that same uneasy feeling I’ve had before when I almost got burned ordering online. There wasn’t enough clear info to make me feel comfortable, and I kept second-guessing whether it was safe. Maybe it’s legit, but I couldn’t shake that bad gut feeling, so I decided not to risk placing an order.
"Not quite as reliable as I expected"
It’s been okay overall, but I expected it to be a bit more consistent. Some days it works fine, and other times it feels a little shaky, so the reliability has been kind of mixed for me.
"Shipping was actually pricey"
The product itself was okay, actually, but the shipping fee felt way too high for what I ordered. I didn’t really notice it until I got to checkout, which was kind of annoying. I probably won’t order again unless the delivery cost comes down...

"Payment page felt a bit sketchy"
The site was working fine and all, but when I got to the payment page, it just didn’t feel that secure to me. Like, there wasn’t much there explaining how my info was protected or anything, so I basically got nervous and backed out before paying.

"I liked that the prices were laid out..."
I liked that the prices were laid out clearly before I placed my order, so there weren’t any strange surprises at checkout. I did notice one fee on the receipt that I wasn’t totally sure about, but I emailed support and they explained it quickly. Overall, it felt straightforward.

Ordering from ARS was fairly straightforward. I found what I needed without too much hassle, and checkout went through in the end. A few pages loaded slower than I expected, and I wasn’t totally sure at first if my order had actually gone through, which was annoying because I was already feeling mentally drained. I did get the confirmation after a little while though, so overall it was fine. Not a bad experience, just could be smoother.

"Decent selection, but something felt a little off"
They had a few useful things, and I did find some of what I needed, but the selection felt kind of limited. I’m not sure exactly what was missing, but something just felt a little off about the inventory. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, I just wish there had been more options.

I think I may have reached out at a bad time, because the communication wasn’t as clear as I expected. It wasn’t a huge issue, but I did find myself wishing things were explained a bit better.

"Helpful team who knew the details"
The staff really knew their stuff and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. There was one time where the reply took a little longer than expected, which felt preventable, but overall they were helpful, friendly, and easy to deal with

"Slow replies and not very fair to customers"
I reached out to arscorporation.jp with what I thought was a simple question, but it took way too long to get any kind of reply. When they finally did respond, it felt like they hadn’t even bothered to properly read what I wrote, which just comes across as careless.
I ended up having to follow up again, and even then I didn’t get a clear answer. I get that companies can be busy, but it’s not right to leave customers hanging like that and then give vague responses. Frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t be in a hurry to contact them again

"Car showed up in decent shape, but communication was frustrating"
The car arrived clean and overall in good condition. There was a small scratch, but nothing too major. My main annoyance was the communication, it wasn’t very clear at times and I felt like I had to guess what was going on. Still, the car itself turned out fine.

"Issue got sorted in the end"
I had a complaint with arscorporation.jp and I was annoyed at first. I reached out to them, and they did get back to me without turning it into some huge drama.
It took a little bit of back and forth, but they literally fixed the issue in the end, so I’m happy with how it turned out. I’d use them again

I used ARS and, i mostly focused on the photos and a few key details I cared about. When I went to check the place in person, everything lined up well with what was listed. No strange surprises or anything that felt misleading, which made the whole process a lot less stressful for me
